European 250cc Youth Speedway Championship is the first youth speedway race in Riga and will be held for 2 days. The favorite rider of this speedway race is our young and talented speedway rider – Damirs Filimonovs who has successfully competed for the last 4 years at both – European and World championships. Another talented rider from Daugavpils – Emils Rimicans has begun his 250 cc class career only this year and proved to be as a very competitive in youth speedway. We hope our riders will show us an outstanding performance and win at this important youth championship race. Speedway Championship in Riga will host riders from Latvia, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Hungary, Finland, the Netherlands and Slovenia.The Speedway Championship in Riga is an exciting and dynamic competition format for young riders and attracts spectators from all around the world. The Championship Meeting commences on August 19 at 11.00 o’clock (Semi-Final 1&2) and on August 20 (Final)  at 15.00 o’clock.
